Aarvin Ventures started from a straightforward frustration: watching good software projects come apart for reasons that had nothing to do with engineering talent — unclear scope, testing treated as an afterthought, teams that vanished at handover. The firm was built to work the other way round. Discovery before requirements, architecture written down before anyone opens an editor, QA in every cycle, and a support relationship that outlasts the project.
That same conviction is why Aarvin Ventures builds and operates its own products rather than only billing hours. CommCorner and PosCountr are held to the standard we ask clients to hold us to — running in production, maintained by the people who wrote them.

Aarvin Ventures is an IT consultancy based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For close to a decade Aarvin Ventures has built and maintained software for businesses in India and across the European Union — and, where a problem was worth solving properly, has built products of its own to solve it.

Most software doesn't fail because someone wrote a bad line of code. It fails because nobody agreed what the thing was supposed to do, because testing got pushed to the end, or because the team that built it disappeared the week after launch.
Aarvin Ventures was built around not doing those three things. Every Aarvin Ventures engagement runs through the same five phases — discovery, planning, execution, quality, then deployment and support — and quality is not a phase at the end. It runs alongside the work, in every cycle.
That is a slower way to start and a considerably faster way to finish. It is also why Aarvin Ventures clients tend to stay: the relationship does not end at launch, it starts there.
Aarvin Ventures works with businesses in India and across the European Union. Alongside client work, Aarvin Ventures designs, builds, and operates two products of its own — CommCorner and PosCountr. Running our own software in production keeps us honest about what we recommend to everyone else.
